What we collect right now: We do not currently collect or persist email addresses. The waitlist is not open yet. We also do not collect audio, lyrics, videos, or any uploaded files, because those features are not enabled.

1. Information we collect

Currently we collect no personal data. Specifically:

Basic request logs: standard, anonymized web server logs (such as access timestamps and approximate region) used to keep the site running. These are not tied to your audio or creative content, because none is uploaded yet.

2. Information we do not collect yet

Audio tracks, lyrics, images, videos, and any uploaded content are not processed in this beta. The upload, generation, and rendering features described on the homepage are planned but not yet live. We will not ask you to upload media until those features are enabled and this policy is updated.

3. How we will use your email (once signup launches)

We do not currently collect or persist email addresses. The waitlist is not open yet. When the waitlist opens, we intend to use submitted emails solely to notify you when beta access opens. Until then there is nothing to remove. You may request removal at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Audio & content handling — future rules (not yet active)

When audio and content processing is enabled in a future release, we will publish the exact rules here, including:

What is stored, where, and for how long.
Whether and when uploaded audio is deleted, and by what mechanism.
Whether content is used to train models, and how to opt out.

We do not claim "your audio is deleted immediately." That statement will only appear once a real deletion pipeline exists and is described here.

5. Cookies & analytics

This beta does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare may process standard request data as part of serving the site and its bot-protection (Turnstile) widget, subject to Cloudflare's own privacy practices.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact [email protected].

7. Changes

We'll update this page and the "Last updated" date when features or practices change. Material changes to how we handle content will be called out clearly before they take effect.
