We do not currently collect or persist email addresses. The waitlist is not open yet. Generation, upload, and rendering features are not active in this beta. We may change, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time during the beta, with or without notice.
When upload features launch, you will be able to submit audio, lyrics, and other material. You represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for clearing rights and for complying with platform and copyright law. We provide tooling only and are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any rights disputes.
You will not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, or to circumvent technical protections. We may suspend access for violations.
Our current data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not currently collect or persist email addresses. The waitlist is not open yet. We also do not yet process uploaded media. Future content-handling rules will be published there before those features go live.
We do not claim ownership of content you create. You retain your rights in your inputs and outputs, subject to the licenses you grant us solely to operate and improve the service (to be defined when upload features launch).
The beta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta.
We may update these terms and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
